ErzyCall is built by three founders in Kuala Lumpur. Two brothers started it — one on product and go-to-market, one on the voice-AI engineering — joined by a third co-founder on the backend. Everyone on this page writes code or talks to customers, usually both.

Deni Temirov

Leads product, sales and strategy at Erzy. Took ErzyCall from an idea to a live product with paying customers in Malaysia and the United States.
Before ErzyCall, built TruckTalk, Erzy's AI communications platform for the US trucking industry — the work that became the voice-AI foundation ErzyCall runs on today.
Set up the company's structure across two countries: Erzy Inc in Delaware and Erzy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, which holds Malaysia Digital status from MDEC. Raised $250K in angel funding.
Designs the conversational behaviour of the AI receptionist: per-business context, live function calling during calls, and outbound campaign workflows.

Artur Temirov

Engineering background in robotics and automation, where real-time control loops and latency budgets are the everyday problem — the same discipline a live phone conversation with an AI demands.
Architected and built the whole ErzyCall platform: the real-time voice pipeline (speech recognition → language model → speech synthesis), the backend, the customer dashboard and the public API.
Owns the hard parts of voice AI in production: turn-taking, interruption handling, latency tuning, and multilingual code-switching across English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil callers.
Ships continuously — the platform is updated several times a week, with every release going straight to production.

Harshith Reddy Madhadi

Co-founder and backend engineer. Builds the platform services around the call pipeline: billing, phone-number provisioning, webhooks, integrations and internal tooling.
Works heavily with AI-assisted development tooling, which is how a three-person team keeps shipping at the pace of a much larger one.

How we work

We use our own product every day. We ship to production several times a week, keep the team deliberately small, and let the product be found and set up without a sales call. When something breaks for a customer, the engineer who built it is the one who fixes it.
