What Data We Collect
When you use ErzyCall with Facebook Login, we may collect the following information:
- Your Facebook user ID
- Your name and email address
- Profile picture (if provided)
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data from ErzyCall:
- Send an email to: info@erzy.net
- Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line
- Provide the email address associated with your Facebook login
Processing Time
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- All personal information associated with your account will be permanently removed
- You will no longer be able to access any services linked to your Facebook account
- Any call history or preferences will be erased
