Erzycall follows the calendar event. If the meeting is postponed, the reminder call timing recalculates around the new appointment time.

What if the phone number is missing?

The email flow asks for the client phone number before scheduling. If the number is already in the calendar event or saved memory, that step is skipped.

What do I receive after the call?
